Missions

As Project Manager in Copacking Animation you will:

• Manage your own continuous improvement project
• Work closely with the team to find opportunities, design and drive multi-divisional solutions
• Ensure the spreading and implementation of best practices as well as the documentation of processes
• Automate and optimize our internal SAP&Excel tools
• Harmonize and simplify our multi-divisional KPI dashboards based on Power BI
• Visualize all relevant data streams and information flows
• Secure physical flows between our internal warehouse and our external subcontractors
• Procure sustainable packaging materials and guarantee on-time deliveries
• Validate production instructions of our promotions

Profile

HARD SKILLS:

• Languages: English (must have), German (optional), French (not necessary)
• High level of initiative, ability to work under pressure and a strong ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent analytical skills, fact based
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle and analyze large data (e.g. PowerBI)
• Curious mindset that’s eager to learn and improve
• Comes up with and implements innovative ideas
• Agility, responsiveness and an eye for priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in dealing with colleagues and contacts
• Solid organizational skills with attention to details
