Your mission
Specific Responsabilities for DACH
Security interface Manager with x CBU (Cluster Business Unit) functions
On demand Perform SEC Audits in all region sites once a year included Headquarters
Consolidate and report audits results.
Monitor, consolidate and build security dashboard for CBU- Self assessment, incident reporting and corrective action plan in line with Corporate & Regions rules.
Follow up the implementation of SEC. SOP and Corrective Action Plan
On demand Perform and report security incident investigation X CBU
On demand Perform security trainings as Travel Risks Management trainings
General Responsabilities
- To follow existing Corporate procedures, instructions and other internal regulations
- To participate to the protection to the company's image and confidential data
- To care security of assets and its Supply Chain end to end
- To actively participate in permanent improvement of security performance
- To support Corporate Security Strategy development
- To ensure the proper representation of Danone security mindset towards all departments
- To ensure proper social climate
- To ensure the proper quality of cooperation with all departments
- To actively develop his professional security competences
Your profile
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Structured thinking & planning but in the same time be "operational" on the field as a real business partner.
- Strong analytical skills & Report precisely on a regular basis
- Capacity to grasp complex matters quickly
- Rapidly builds trustful relationships with a broad range of people
- Displays a growth mindset: is curious, willing to learn seeking out opportunities to continuously expand his functional knowledge and capabilities
