Your Mission

• Develop an innovation pipeline for our ACTIVIA brand for the upcoming years
• Develop a communication and activation strategy with full responsibility for local activation
• Leading the innovation projects locally and at European level through to excellent market execution
• Develop agency briefs, manage delivery and motivate agency teams to deliver the best
• Track and report key business and consumer KPI’s to evolve plans to deliver maximum growth
• Responsibility for managing associated A&P budget
• Being an inspirational and motivational leader for two direct reports

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration or similiar
• Minimum 5 years experience in brand and product management
• Project management competencies on a local and global level
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as responsible work style
• Strong consumer understanding
• Strategic thinking paired with pragmatic implementation skills
• You enjoy analytical tasks and analysis but also need room for your creativity
• Professional appearance, very good communication and presentation skills
• Having fun working with different departments and an inspirational and motivational style of working
