Quality Manufacturing Manager (m/f/d), Fulda

Your Mission

• Develop and manage programs regarding the implementation of Food Safety Standards on the shop floor
• Responsible for the product and process in Blend and Pack validation
• Coordinate and lead the HACCP activities within the factory
• Lead and track Root Cause Analysis of both production topics and customer complaints
• Identify Improvement opportunities for quality performance in production
• Be the link between the quality team and the production site
• Bring in ideas and develop trainings to engage with all relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Natural Science, Food Science or equivalent
• Preferable 2-4 years working experience in a production or quality environment, best in the nutrition/health industry
• Proven quality management knowledge with a can-do mentality
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to engage and empower people
• Goal-oriented with an analytical and methodical approach
• Great team player with ability to take ownership
• Fluent in German and English
