Key tasks & responsibilities
- Define and/or ensure successful implementation of the Global PPM strategy including trend analysis and KPI’s definition, customer segmentation, target portfolio definition, (including third party) definition of value proposition for targeted customer segments, identification of strategic countries in order to grow our Market Share.
- Manage the BES global PPM portfolio assets (AIs, formulations, brands).
- Lead the existing PSA and Rural Hygiene guidelines implementation successfully and improving it whenever possible (portfolio, branding, distribution) being responsible for the overall category growth.
- Lead Rodenticides strategy aiming to become category leader.
- In close cooperation with Regional Teams, define long term Regional streamlining (phase in / phase out) and follow up of defined BES global core active ingredients, core products, core formulations, core brands in order to contribute to BES midand long-term business growth (Prices corridors, COGS, ABCD). Make sure environmentally sustainable solutions are considered when developing global and regional products and initiatives.
- Support MCM in obtaining engagement of the regional organization for changing from a product provider to solution provider company with end user focus mind set.
- In close collaboration with enabling functions accountable for pipeline innovation process.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities based on third party products licensing and/or M&A.
Qualifications & competencies
- Broad Professional Pest Management market experience.
- At least 5 to 10 (depending market complexity) years of experience encompassing sales and/or marketing.
- Analytical evaluation of large amounts of information and problem-solving ability.
- Collaboration and team spirit.
- Good understanding of the processes of Research and Development and project management.
- General understanding of public environment and government regulatory bodies, such as the EU and US EPA registration authorities.
