Missions
- CSR Correspondent
- Act as CSR-Correspondent for the group in Germany
- Review of CSR policies & aligned implementation within all entities and processes
- Enhancement and support of CSR reporting
- Initiate enhancement of dedicated process (together with CSR Coordinator Community)
- Coordination of internal projects & processes
- BNP Paribas Foundation
- Management, Coordination & support of tasks & processes (i.e. project reviews, welcome meetings)
- Initiate internal & external communication on foundation activities (LinkedIn, Sharepoint, Intranet)
- Coordination, execution, participation and tracking of relevant Meetings (i.E. Boardmeetings)
- Management and Coordination of foundation projects and activities
- Corporate Volunteering
- Coordination and support of/to relevant projects (i.e. Sustainability Week, Social Day’s, “Vorlesetage”) dedicated to the CSR Team
- Support development of internal processes and tools (i.e. external CV IT Platform)
- Communicate team activities on dedicated platforms (i.e. Linkedin, Facebook, Sharepoint, Intranet)
Profile
- Studies in finance, business, economics or social-related fields (or adequate equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of work-experience in professional work environment
- Organizational & communicational skills
- Ability to manage time, to plan, structure, prioritize & coordinate activities to reach objectives
- Ability to offer corrective actions if needed
- Ability to collaborate (Teamwork)
- Working within a team and across different teams
- Integrating different interpersonal & working styles
- Working towards team goals above ones own
- Delivering tasks & projects on time by translating ideas into action
- Business-German and Business-English fluent (oral & written)
