B to B client service assistant (m/f), Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Located in South West of France, Quiksilver Group, leader in the surf wear industry market, is currently looking for a team member in the Customer Service team for Major Clients Europe.

Tasks

As B to B client service assistant, you will be in charge of a portfolio of customers. You will be dealing with all the issues relating to their orders, product shipments, need for product advise and all other problems that may occur in the course of our business relationship.

To do so, you will be working in close relationship with all the departments of the company involved in the management of QUIKSILVER, ROXY and DC wholesale business.

You will also be strongly involved in the achievement of the following objectives:

• Generate additional sales based on goals set in advance by your hierachy,
• Create and maintain a strong and trustful relationship with our clients, thanks to your wise counsel.

Profile

Dynamic and proactive, you know how to manage priorities and make proof of great and recognized relationship and business skills. You are fully fluent in German. An in-store and / or customer service experience is a plus. Mastery of a third language as well as SAP software would be greatly appreciated.
