Your Mission

• Assistance of the 1st and 2nd level support remotely and locally
• Get to know the Microsoft and IBM tool as well as independent error analysis and error correction
• Support and monitoring the realization of complex IT projects
• Documentation of processes and applications

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled in an university program
• Strong interest in technology and systems
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Well-developed communication and team-working skills
• High customer and service orientation
• Independent and careful way of working
• Fast comprehension and high willingness to learn
• Good German and English language skills
