Your Mission

Assistance of the 1st and 2nd level support remotely and locally
Get to know the Microsoft and IBM tool as well as independent error analysis and error correction
Support and monitoring the realization of complex IT projects
Documentation of processes and applications

Your Profile

You are currently enrolled in an university program
Strong interest in technology and systems
Good MS Office knowledge
Well-developed communication and team-working skills
High customer and service orientation
Independent and careful way of working
Fast comprehension and high willingness to learn
Good German and English language skills
