Tasks & accountabilities

You will lead Marketing & Sales Campaigns, contributing to Space Systems business growth and will be accountable for Navigation business growth.

As part of his or her tasks and accountabilities, he or she

  • is in charge of the capture plan and order intake relative to his (her) commercial campaigns
  • manages the Customer relation relevant to these campaigns with the support of his/her hierarchy and in coordination with the Key Account Managers
  • challenges internal players strategy and tactics in particular if the needs expressed by the Customer are not well reflected in the company proposal
  • fosters business intelligence and information exchanges
  • contributes to collective activities of the department such as customer mappings, sectorial reports and identification of future business opportunities
  • is responsible for the compliance of his or her campaigns with the sales process
  • Business travels can be expected in Europe and consequently, you must be willing to travel accordingly.

Required skills

  • knowledge of Space Systems engineering environment for more than 10 years, including a background in Navigation
  • track-record on programs dealing with Space Institutions customers
  • capability to develop & build sales strategies in coordination with internal players
  • understanding of Space Institutions customer expectations and needs
  • management of external customer relationship
  • Language skills: Negotiation level in French and English. German will be a plus.
