• First point of contact for line managers and employees in all general HR topics ​
• Strong collaboration with leadership teams and supporting them in their leadership role​
• Managing all HR Cycle topics in a close and trustful cooperation with stakeholders​
• Active shaping and further development of our organization, people and culture within the framework of the Danone values​
• Proactive consulting and design in change processes as well as smaller reorganizations​
• Managing and control overheads costs ​
• Participation in overall HR activities / projects

Profile

• First HR experience with strong passion for People & Organization topics​
• Good business understanding and willingness to build close relationships by high business proximity​
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, first experiences in coaching would be a plus ​
• First experiences in working with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment​
• Basic knowledge of agile methodology and in labor law ​
• Empathy and solution oriented thinking ​
• Fluency in German and English
