Encevo also provides, through its skilled and experienced staff of over 160 employees, various support services to group entities, including finance, treasury management, accounting, legal, human resources, facility management, internal audit, risk management and insurance. The purpose thereof is to create synergies and increase overall efficiency and effectiveness throughout the group. Further, the role of Encevo is to position the group in relation to its stakeholders (employees, shareholders, government, customers, suppliers, investors, partners, media …).

Your tasks

As a Group Tax Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our tax topics. We seek a proactive professional to handle tax compliance, optimize tax planning, and support our operations.

  • You prepare tax provisions for the financial closing of the Luxemburgish entities
  • You prepare annual tax declarations in a timely matter and review the respective tax assessments
  • You update the Encevo Group Transfer Pricing Documentation on a yearly basis
  • You perform sample checks and ensure internal compliance related to Group Policies on tax related topics
  • You support the Head of Group Tax with compliance efforts by assisting the procedure of verifying customer identities (KYC) and/or by reviewing the forms of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)
  • You assist the Head of Group Tax with fulfilling the Pillar 2 report requirements of the Group
  • You prepare first draft correspondence as requested and organize workload to comply with deadlines from fiscal authorities and external auditors
  • You coordinate with other local colleagues on multidisciplinary projects
  • You maintain a variety of tax records and ensure the follow up on all filing deadlines
  • You assist the department with other ad-hoc duties

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in Finance/Accountancy, or any related field
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills with a high sense of attention to detail
  • You have a willingness to learn and are result-oriented
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German
