Missions

  • Identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting all Global Trade Solutions products and services globally to the existing customer base and targeted prospective corporate clients
  • Working closely with relationship officers in the end-to-end sales process by providing a superior level of customer service
  • Assessing customer needs and recommending effective strategies regarding the Global Trade Solutions business; negotiating pricing to optimize profitability of product or service solutions
  • Contributing to the Bank's growth strategies and goals; generating additional revenue from the sale of Global Trade Solutions products and services
  • Contributing to the operational risk and permanent control framework

Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration or similar, first experiences as Global Trade Solutions Sales or Relationship Manager in an international bank
  • Having sound knowledge and can apply this knowledge/skill and executing activities that require this skill in most situations with limited need for advice and support
  • Understanding the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization
  • Producing clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explaining a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options
  • Valuing all feedback from clients and integrating it to improving products, services, processes and organizations
  • Helping developing client relationships, establishing a trustworthy relationship with a client-centric approach and encouraging others to act accordingly
