YOUR TASKS
- Acquisition of new customers through warm leads
- Assisting and guiding potential clients with the expert knowledge of our services
- Assisting in developing sales strategy for the French market and analysing processes and product
- Meeting the customers needs
- Generating a high customer retention and succeeding in completing the sale
- Making sure that the clients’ satisfaction is maintained at a high standard, on a daily basis
- Administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE
- You are a natural seller who likes telephonic communication at a fast-pace (experience in Telesales or Customer Service is an advantage)
- You have a communicative and friendly character
- Your energetic, motivated and competitive nature helps you to meet your monthly goals
- You enjoy advising and aim to create a relationship with our potential clients
- The ability to demonstrate your passion for the job through your telephone manner
- You are fast in finding solutions, like to take initiative and you keep cool in stressful situations
- You want to work in a company that you can identify with and in a team which you respect and value
- Solid MS office knowledge, Salesforce.com is an advantage
- You are fluent in French
