Demand Planning Manager (m/w), Haar

Your Mission

• Responsible for creating an accurate short-/midand long-term Forecast
• Planning of own managed brands & customer
• Close relationship with supply chain teams to ensure perfect execution in customer delivery
• Run analyses on historical data, highly impacting business decision making
• Complete forecasts with special events on market or products based on inputs from Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and external data from customers
• Animate the Demand Planning process long term horizon within ensuring consistency of forecast from period to period, tracking and explaining changes
• Help identify risks and opportunities and setup or create own projects
• Track & improve continuously the forecast accuracy

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration
• At least 2 years experience in the fields of Demand Planning & Supply Chain Management
• Deep analytical thinking competency
• Strong ability to work independently and target oriented
• Flexible and assertive personality
• Strong communication skills
• Ideally, SAP-APO-DP, SAP R/3 knowledge
• Profound knowledge of MS office software, especially Excel
• Fluent in English and German language
