Through our portal www.regiondo.de and our online booking technology, we help activity providers to manage and sell their offers online. Amongst others, we help Volkswagen Autostadt or Swarovski Kristallwelten to sell tickets online. Now we want to grow further - with your support!
The position
Regiondo and our success team are on a mission to provide the best service and know-how to our customers. We are seeking support to onboard new customers and make our customers more successful. You will closely work together with the Regiondo team and some of the best know leisure brands like big amusement parks, zoo and much more.
Your Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of our SaaS booking solution
- Collect feedback and actively engage with key accounts
- Manage our knowledge base
Your Profile
- Native French and excellent German or English capabilities
- You are a problem solver and know how to write cleary and understanablly
- Digital native and great understanding of technology
- Success driven and number focused
- You possess a high degree of customer orientation and you are able to respond specifically to the needs of others
- Hands on mentality in working towards targets and deadlines, in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent computer skills and Internet affinity
