Main responsibilities

Community management:

  • Create and increase conversations on all owned and earned social media channels
  • Setup community management goals and KPIs and provide brands with regular follow up
  • UGC club supervision – create activation plan, engage the community with rewards program
  • PTA club upskilling of target communities & seeding & encourage the development of ‘prescriber’ content
  • Support brands in influencers squads management & Reassure seeding process efficiency

Events management:

  • Organization & coordination of key brand & multibrand events
  • Setting clear objectives and targets of the event
  • Coming up with new and innovative ideas – both for events and its promotion
  • Handling budgeting, liaising and negotiating with vendors
  • Post-event reports and outcome measurement

Your Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of relevant professional experience community management
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building animation plan, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
  • Event management experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Outstanding project management
  • Enjoy entrepreneurial behavior and creativity
  • German language skills at C1 level are required
