Main Tasks

Product validation for dedicated program(s)
Establish and maintain validation plan according to FIS standards (DVP/ PVP) including reporting
Analyse validation results and communicate with program team and customer, follow-up of action plan

Individual Tasks

Acquisition:

• Analyse customer specifications and legal requirements
• Set up initial validation plan and calculate validation costs

Validation Process

• Establish and maintain validation plan according to FIS standards for dedicated program(s)
• Strong collaboration with program team (especially engineering, quality and pilot plant
• Definition and follow up of part needs for validation
• Organize relevant test capacity (internal or external labs, considering customer requirements), in respect of quality, time and costs

Product Robustness on Programs

• Definition and follow up of part needs
• Analyse validation results and communicate with program team and customer, follow-up of action plan

Profile

• Degree in engineering and/or significant professional experience
• At least 2 years experience in Development area within the automotive industry, preferably on automotive interior parts, ideally in interior validation
• Knowledge of product development process
• Team player with strong communication skills
• International mind set
• Minimum bi-lingual (English and German required)
• Availability to travel
