Transport Specialist (m/f/d), Zürich

Your Mission

• Single point of contact for our main transport companies management process from France to Switzerland: from planning to order management, tracking of deliveries and returns processing
• Coordination of the transport orders with the logistics service providers and ensuring optimal utilization
• Close collaboration with various stakeholders such as plant, warehouses, and 3PL provider, customer service team and sales
• Responsibility for customs clearance
• Cross-departmental coordination of transports
• Processing invoices
• Development of existing processes and systems

Your Profile

• Successfully completed Master’s in Business Administration or aprentership in the relevant area
• Several years of working experience in the area of Supply Chain (logistics, transport, customer service)
• Analytic intellectual power and problem-solving skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel
• SAP is a plus
• Communication skills and openess
• Autonomy, initiative, willingness to optimize and hand-on mentality
• Business fluent in German and French
