Missions

• You are responsible for the development, alignment and support of all technical changes – as new Group Tool (Perseus/ Tagetik) and upcoming changes (OneCap – vs. Kompan/ SAP – integration in our BI/ Datamarts).
• You support new joiners on systems, updates and necessary systems/ loads and support in standard closing tasks.
• You assist the Teamlead Controlling and Head of Planning/Controlling in advanced Systems, changes and new analytic methods for management and presentations.
• You support and finalize the implementation of an efficient Opex follow-up per Business line and organization.
• You help Cost Owners in guiding the planning cycle and the application of Opex-Governance.
• You assist the FPA Planning department with Opex-allocation in P&Ls per BU and plannings cycles.
• You set up meaningful added-value tasks specifically for the second part of the month (post-closing) to drive project agenda.
• You co-lead joint Finance-projects such as the Tagetik Power-BI tool launch and contribute to their successful roll-out/setup to required quality standards.

Profile

• Strong general senior controller (several years of experience) with focus on systems, BI, new reporting methods, knowledge on OPEX and NBI incl. consolidation, management commentary, workable Opex skills
• Strong communication/change management skills and sparring/knowledge building capability with team members
• Ability to solve problems
