Your Mission

• Leading and coordinating our Service Desk team in Frankfurt, Fulda and Erlangen (Team of 5 7 people)
• Reporting to IT Service Desk Manager in Haar (close to Munich)
• Drive ticket Management and Analytics
• Coordination of escalations and remediation related to Service Desk topics
• Actively involved in complex ticket handling (Service requests and Service resolution).
• Creating a Problem Management culture within our environment
• Technical lead and coordination of operational Service Desk Implementations
• Interact with internal Stake Holders

Your Profile

• Successful completion of a “Fachinformatiker”education, study of Computer Science or comparable
• First team lead experience in a comparable position in a virtual Service Desk organization
• ITIL and Service-/Problem Management knowledge
• Strong Communication skills and teamwork
• High customer and service orientation
• Independent and careful way of working
• Fast comprehension and high willingness to learn
• Good English and German language skills
