Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensuring the daily management of the teams in terms of compliant and timely processing to Disposition and FXMM/Cheque activities
• Leading and developing the teams in terms of change management and within the mid/long term strategy
• Assuring that risks within the perimeter are properly controlled and managed ﴾process description, risks analysis, control plans, procedural framework)
• Collaborating closely with other departments
• Taking accountability for the compliant and timely processing of disposition/FXMM activities, accurate reporting and monitoring of agreed KPIs
• Contributing to the overall efficiency of operations in Germany by driving innovation
• Participating in ITO transversal projects
• Supporting the implementation or development of IT systems for the perimeter

What you offer

• Several years of leadership and management skills experience
• Ability to represent the Bank internally/externally
• Long term experience in a financial services company especially in Payments/FXMM/Cheques
• Excellent financial & analytical skills
• Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility
• Very good German and English language skills in word and writing (C1 Level required)
