Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d), Düsseldorf
What?
As "Talent Acquisition Manager", your mission will be to attract, source, and hire the best and most diverse talents ensuring the best candidate experience to expand our number 1 position in DACH and enrich the pipeline of future leaders for L'Oréal.
How?
- You are responsible for the recruitment of Digital and Junior Supply Chain talents for our DACH region.
- You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process by:
- Sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment channels, and tools.
- Conducting thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, potential, and cultural fit via interviews
- Driving, measuring, and monitoring to ensure exceptional candidate experience.
- You will partner closely with HR Directors, HRBPs and hiring managers to gather business needs for Digital positions up to 10 years of experience, and Junior Supply Chain Managers.
- You will focus on building, animating, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
- You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to cultivate business knowledge and market proximity.
- You will contribute to the continuous optimization of recruitment processes, and you are in charge of our internal referral program.
- You will oversee our DACH employer reputation and are responsible for our employer branding campus strategy and activities.
Who?
- 4-6 years of experience in HR field and fast paced working environment with at least 2-3 years in recruitment and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality middle management talents.
- English and German proficiency is a non-negotiable must-have.
- Ideally bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or psychology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates and to deal with senior and tough stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with high service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong data-driven and analytical thinking.
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with Linkedin and Xing.
