Supplier quality and development manager (H/F), Toulouse

Tasks

• Senior Quality manager with industrial process expert profile.
• In the frame of the Equipment Supply Management organisation and for a group of Suppliers and Equipments, you will be the Quality and Supply chain manager.
• You will be accountable for:
• short term corrective and longer term development of Supplier On Quality on Time performance
• process adherence of the procurement activities
• You will work in close relation with the Head of supply management domain and will coach/support SRM for all Product Assurance matters.

Profile

• With a Master degree in general engineering the candidate will have gained 5 to 10 years experience in product development and production.
• You are a multi-disciplinary Engineer (mechanics, electrics).
• You will have a strong industrial background and supply chain experience with quality assurance experience.
• You are recognized for your leadership and authority. You are a flexible team player, autonomous, positive, open-minded, pro-active, persuasive and resilient.
• You have a professional experience in product development and production (typically ten years), strong industrial background and supply chain experience, with quality assurance experience. You will be able to demonstrate that you master the following competencies: Industrial project management, Continuous improvement techniques, Lean-6 Sigma, supply chain management , Quality tools and methodologies.
• An advanced level in English is expected for this position, advanced level in French or in German would be a real plus.
• Availability to travel will be a 60% of the time.
• Priority will be given to Internal Astrium applicants.
