Sourcing Expert (m/f), Toulouse

Tasks

Sourcing Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Conducting initial telephone interviews with potential candidates.
• Discussing requirements such as skills and qualifications required with the divisions.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with divisions key stakeholders.
• Using internet search techniques to locate passive candidates.
• Proactively initiating referrals from employees, alumni, universities, personal networks and people databases.
• Liaising with external recruitment agencies as and when required.
• Advertising of vacancies on appropriate job boards, both internal and external, career websites and other approved media.
• Searching online resume databases.
• Updating and maintenance of the in house recruitment database.
• Conducting internet research using internet search engines.
• Creating targeted email campaigns to prospect candidates.

May involve participation at career fairs and HR marketing activities.

Profile

You have a 5 years diploma in Human Resources with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing background.

You also have:

• Knowledge of Engineering recruitment markets
• Knowledge of the Defence and / or Aerospace industry.
• Strong internet research and search expertise.
• Ability to read a job requirements and think of creative ways to find people with similar skill sets.
• Ability to match prospect candidates to open vacancies with a high degree of success.
• Ability to quickly grasp job skills, competencies and industry knowledge to translate into searching avenues to find candidates.
• Experience with blogging, social networking software/sites, chat rooms, discussion groups, user communities, online research tools, job boards and web technologies.
• Expert at internet search including web crawling techniques.
• Ability to find "needle in haystack" information on the web quickly and resourcefully.
• Ability to talk confidently to people and generate enthusiasm and interest in job opportunities with EADS.

• You are creative and solution oriented with excellent communication skills. You have professionalism and have excellent customer service and client interaction skills.
• You are ready to work within a multi-cultural dynamic team and are a good team player.
• A bilingual level in German is mandatory for this position as well as an advanced level in English.
• Good level in French and/or in Spanish would be appreciated.
