Missions

• You work closely with developers, product owners & enterprise architect to define the technical solution for new features.
• You drive and help conceptualize the cloud migration of the Onlinebanking platform.
• You lead code reviews to improve quality and promote learning opportunities.
• You mentor junior developers.
• You supervise and control external developers during sprints.
• You are responsible for the troubleshooting and the debugging to optimize performance and stability.

Profile

• You have at least 6 years of technical experience working with the Java Spring framework and in building REST API’s
• Effective communication and teamwork are integral to your approach, as you actively engage with team members and customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions
• Proven experience in designing distributed systems, microservices and with cloud platforms
• Abilities to research and integrate new technologies
• Professional experience in agile methodologies would be a plus
• You are conceptually strong, work in a structured and solution-oriented way
• Fluent in english, ability to communicate in German is a plus
