You take responsibility

• Billing of expenses to group entities or off group counterparties
• Reconciliation and follow-up of the Accounts Receivable suspense account
• Applying appropriate tax treatment related to the re-invoicing (VAT, WHT, etc.) and contribute to tax reporting / declaration
• Monitoring of incoming invoices (validation process)Checking payment reminders of vendors
• Reconciliation and follow-up of the Accounts Payable suspense accounts
• Applying appropriate tax treatment related to suppliers invoices (e.g. VAT, reverse charge procedure, VAT deductible) and contribute to tax reporting / declaration
• Acting as single point of contact for Accounts Payable & Receivable topics
• Preparation and sending of the monthly German Foreign Trade and Payments Declaration for Finance (AWV-Meldung)

Your experience

• Bachelor degree or above degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Professional accounting experience
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable
• Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
• Ability to manage time, to plan, structure, prioritize and coordinate activities and resources effectively to reach objectives
• Ability to ensure the precision, accuracy and thoroughness of the information manipulated or delivered
• General knowledge of finance domain, its major processes or regulatory framework
• Detail oriented working style
• Good communication Skills
