Missions

• Responsible for daily / monthly accounting activities for the wholesale business scope
• Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside Finance (Operations, IT, Business lines) locally and at regional /central level
• Develop and operate risk based approach financial and operational controls on the processes managed
• Monitor and ensure follow up and regularization of outstanding items
• Contribute to analysis and data required for reporting (Finance Reporting, local regulatory reporting and tax reporting)
• Contribute to accounting and extra-accounting data quality controls, issue identification, analysis and resolution
• Contribute to transversal initiatives and continuous process improvement and internal controls
• Continuous improvement and internal controls

Profile

• Bachelor degree or above Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics
• Proficient knowledge with several years of of successful experiences in accounting, financial reporting financial, ideally in financial institutions / banks or in audit firms
• Proficient knowledge on IFRS and German GAAP
• Control mindset and attention to detail / rigor
• Organizational skills and communication skills – oral & written
• Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
• Ability to synthetize/simplify and as well to understand, explain and support change
• Language skills: German Fluent, English Professional working proficiency
