Our client manufactures positive displacement pumps and systems for the Food, Industrial and Oil & Gas markets. They german company is based in Wiesbaden and they are responsible for the sales of products in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Sales Support Technician / M-F-X / French – German / Wiesbaden

Your tasks will be

Order processing and sales support functions

1. Processing of customer requests for pumps and spare parts

• Obtaining the necessary information to prepare the quotation
• Selecting the correct product / Collecting the prices
• Calculation in accordance with the existing guidelines
• Quotation management and tracking

2. Order processing for pumps and spare parts

• Verification of orders and registration in the ERP
• Creation / sending of order acknowledgments - Creation / sending of invoices
• Checking and tracing of delivery times

3. Support the logistics department

• Coordination between supplier and customer
• Ensuring a smooth and in time delivery

4. Forwarding of technical documentation to customers

5. General office work

• Answering telephone calls and emails
• Collecting information and questions and forwarding to sales
• Manage the customer data
• Filling of customer files

Your profile

• Able to fit into a small team Speaking German and preferably French, and/or English
• Mid to Higher level of education
• Microsoft Office applications
• ERP/CRM experience
• Self motivated and confident
• Like technical and engineering topics
• Good communicator and a Team player
• Certifications/Permits: Driving licence
