Responsabilities

• Finalize the sale. Ensure a personal follow-up of the client
• Build customer loyalty
• Make sure the store is correctly taken care of and make sure there is a permanent customer service in store
• Send weekly reportings

Missions

• Welcome the clients
• Make contact with the clients. Listen to and identify the clients' needs, inform them and give them advice
• Introduce and highlight the articles; develop an argument on products to the customers.
• Ensure the reception of the deliveries and the storage of the items according to the visual merchandising of the store
• Control the stocks and the restocking of the store to be able to permanently satisfy the clientele
• Follow Retail & CRM Excellence procedures
• Ensure a personalized follow-up of clients and contribute to their loyalty

Profile

• More than 2 years in sales in a luxury and fashion environment
• A strong taste for fashion
• Skills: strong sense of business, service-oriented, fashion culture, reactivity, dynamism
• Languages : A fluent level in German & English is required. A 3rd language is ideal.
