Tasks

• In line with our current strategic plan "Lead & Grow" Saint-Gobain has launched in 2023 the Business & Digital Transformation Program "OXYGEN" at European level based on S/4 HANA. We are looking for a S/4 HANA Consultant SAP SMM (Scheduling, Manufacturing and Plant Maintenance):
• Configuration and customization design of the system.
• You validate the system design together with the Business Process Owners with main focus on insulation products.
• You participate to the application enhancement and improve the existing solution.
• You conduct packaged software trainings.
• You design individual RICEFW components and provide functional guidance.
• You design functional requirements of interfaces to third party systems next to SAP and follow their implementation until testing.
• You support and conduct workshops with project stakeholders to translate business requirements into the system design, structure them and set up documentation.
• You participate in the transitions of the customization functional designs to the technical designers.

Profile

• Knowledge of SAP MM, PP, basic VC and custom development concepts and functionality.
• Strong functional skills & training skills.
• High Interest in Engineering and Production Processes in order to translate them into system processes.
• Understanding the limitations of the SAP system with respect to security, performance, customization, etc..
• Using interactive methods and structured moderation for conducting workshops.
• Visualization skills.
• Basic Software Integration Knowledge to exchange with software developers.
• Fluent in English and readiness to travel within Europe.
