Missions

• Promote the firms brand, products Insurance and Pensions and services to new and existing clients within a defined product, sector or geographic area
• Assist marketing/sales managers to develop marketing strategy and interface with management of marketing sales support areas to facilitate provision of adequate support to marketing representatives and our client base
• Act as relationship manager for some of the firm's key clients, work with them to deliver their long term strategy and deliver products and services to meet their needs
• Working with trading, research, structuring and other relevant areas, participate in developing new products and services to meet client requirements
• Encourage the effective interaction of sales/marketing teams with appropriate operational risk areas, e.g. credit risk, marketing risk, legal, compliance etc.
• Take an active role in idea generation and giving input for the business focus of the team

Profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Finance or similar or higher
• first relevant professional experience in the field of Insurance and Pensions (as intern or working student)
• First client relationship management experience at junior level
• Knowledge of the market and the different macro types of offer, their main characteristics and client targets
• Experience in delivering tasks fully completed on time, based on objectives fixed
• Encourages team spirit that contributes to the daily realization of the team goals
• Fluent German and English language skills
