Your Mission

• 1st and 2nd level support remotely and on-site
• Error analysis and remediation in cooperation with internal and external service providers
• Ticket handling based on ITIL
• Active participation in projects
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software
• IT infrastructure project management experience
• IT infrastructure understanding (telecommunications, server environment etc.)
• occasional travel in DACH

Your Profile

• Successful completion of a Fachinformatiker training, a study of (economic) computer science or comparable
• First work experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• ITIL and Outlook knowledge desirable
• Communication skills and teamwork
• High customer and service orientation
• Independent and careful way of working
• Fast comprehension and high willingness to learn
• Very good English language skills, German language skills are helpful
