Missions
- Provide support to CIB/AM Business and Functions in their daily operation and development plans, incl. ad hoc analysis/reporting, performance analysis, coordination of new products or transactions, strategic planning, preparation of business cases, etc.
- Be responsible for Budget and Forecast Process regarding CIB and AM activities (revenues, expenses, volumes, headcount, investments, Cost of Risk, etc.)
- Monitor closely the periodic P&L and headcount reporting of BNPP Germany CIB/AM businesses and functions
- Produce monthly analytical reporting of the P&L and headcount development of BNPP Germany CIB/AM to the central and the local management (including comprehensive comments on the variations and the consistency with the planning)
- Monitor and preparing the monthly accruals
- Monitor cost allocation and reinvoicing from and to CIB/AM
- Define and report KPIs relating to the CIB/AM activities
- Adapting the HO and local reporting (due to changes in company norms, new requirements by central or local management etc.)
- Contribute to enhancement of Management Reporting and Improve budget data collection and preparation process
- Contribute to efforts of identifying and implementing operational process improvements
- Contribute to transversal initiatives or projects linked to CIB/AM Management Control
Profile
- Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Proficient knowledge in Management Reporting / Performance management
- Strong analytical skills
- Enthusiastic and a team player with very strong work ethic
- Result driven
- Strong organizational skills, rigorous and self-disciplined
- Excellent communication skills (i.e. writing, listening, presentation)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, word)
