Your tasks
- Contribution to the introduction and implementation of HR concepts and processes, for our region including monitoring and follow up with the markets.
- Involvement in developing online platforms for e.g. International Best Practice Sharing, International Move.
- Involvement in developing our HR Overseas online webpage.
- Involvement in defining a training concept on digital and agile working tools and methods
- Work with the Market Managers and the HR Business Partner in strategic HR focus topics
Profile
- Studies: Business administration, Information systems & digital media or similar
- Language skills: Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
- IT skills: Experiences with MS-Office, knowledge on digitalization (tools and methods)
- Soft Skills: Intercultural sensitivity, interest in International teamwork in virtual teams, creativity, dedication and personal initiative
- Further skills: Ideally professional experience through previous internships
