For your assigned territory, you will drive Sales and maintain Commercial contact with new and existing Customers.
For our EMEA Customer Service Organization in Eindhoven/Netherlands, we are looking for a
Inside Sales Specialist France
You will provide direct support to, and work closely with, the Service Account Manager (SAM) for your designated region and provide a pro-active and mutual service and support to the sales process. Your main tasks and responsibilities are evolving around contact with potential and existing customers, identifying and qualifying new leads and to achieve the Sales target for the assigned region.
The Job responsibilities include
- Handle incoming (customer) queries from service desk.
- Act as first point of contact on (sales)agreement queries and follow up
- Communicate pro-actively to customers on promo actions and sales opportunities
- Pro-actively support the Sales Team (SAM) in customer follow up, lead generation and order handling.
- Process Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales opportunities by pro-active customer contact
- Assign leads to defined Sales Managers using Sales Force
- Record Customer feedback as VOC, and actively provides solutions.
- Establish a close working relationship with the Sales team(s) for your region(s)
- Provide weekly reports on Orders and Leads -status
- Lead and/or participate in Daily Management and SW for the Internal Sales Group
- Perform other duties as assigned
The Job requirements include
- Bachelor degree or similar level in experience at least 3 years of related experience in an international office environment
- Excellent (commercial) communication skills
- Flexible, stress-resistant and enterprising
- Fluent in speaking and writing French and English and any other language is welcome
- Strong customer focus and sales orientation
- Technical background and or knowledge of related industries is a pre
- Strong commercial attitude and performance
- Experienced in working with Sales targets
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient user of Excel and Microsoft Office Products
