Key responsibilities

• Co-design and implement the recruiting strategy with the HR Site Manager
• Attract qualified candidates through active sourcing
• Participate in employer branding activities
• Manage recruitment process from preselection to contract preparation
• Successful liaise with business and functional leaders to support company growth
• Participating in a successful onboarding process

Required experience

• You have a solid recruiting experience in an industrial environment, ideally in an international company
• Language skills: You are fluent in German and English
• Independent working style: You manage your priorities skillfully and meet the given deadlines. You enjoy teamwork, are ambitious, creative and committed
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with a good knowledge of the local market
• A successfully completed degree (business administration, law, human resources...) with a focus on HR as well as solid experience in a similar position
