Missions

• First point of contact for line managers and employees in all general HR topics
• Strong collaboration with leadership teams and supporting them in their leadership role
• Managing all HR Cycle topics in a close and trustful cooperation with stakeholders
• Active shaping and further development of our organization, people and culture within the framework of the Danone values
• Proactive consulting and design in change processes as well as smaller reorganizations
• Managing and control overheads costs
• Participation in overall HR activities / projects

Profile

• 3+ years HR experiences with strong passion for People & Organization topics
• Good business understanding and willingness to build close relationships by high business proximity
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, first experiences in coaching would be a plus
• First experiences in working with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of agile methodology and in labor law
• Empathy and solution oriented thinking
• Fluency in German and English
