What is it about?

• Work alongside other consulting professionals to help our clients identify, analyse and solve challenging strategic, operational or regulatory issues impacting his business
• Apply your experience and understanding of banking, investment fund or non-financial industries and experience in defining operating models, business requirements and providing business solutions
• Develop cohesive conclusions and participate in the report writing, analysis and presentation of results to clients
• Cultivate effective relationships with clients and your team
• Develop your expertise, ideally in the wealth management, banking or investment funds industries and your reputation as a business advisor
• Participate in the development and delivery of training programs

Who are you?

• Hold a Master's Degree in business administration, economics or management; a double degree in law is an asset
• Have prior experience from a leading management consulting or other professional services firm
• Hold 3 to 10 years relevant professional experience in project, product development, organization or operations management, in the financial sector or in the strategy & regulatory department of a consulting firm.
• Show proven creativity with the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• Demonstrate strong top-down analytical, problem-solving skills as well as result-oriented attitude
• Show excellent communication skills, able to build strong team and client relationships
• Be fluent in English and German. French is considered as an asset.
