Missions

• Contribute to implementation of Finance Permanent Control Framework
• Review and challenge the correct deployment of controls and test effective performance of controls
• Take an active role in remediation of finance control inefficiencies in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve the issues detected during accounting controls with contribution from 1st level control owners and other relevant stakeholders
• Ad hoc tasks linked to accounting permanent controls
• Monitor closure of recommendations issued by Internal Audit and Regulators
• Contribute to identifying operational process improvements in production, control procedures, and processes workflow to increase the team’s efficiency and effectiveness
• Update periodically the procedures governing the Finance Permanent Control activity
• Contribute to the ongoing projects with impact on FPC activity
• Contribute to the preparation of the supporting documentation and participate in the quarterly Germany

Profile

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics
• Several years experiences in Finance Permanent Control or Financial Accounting and Reporting in Banking/Finance industry
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail and do to not mind showing some rigor
• Resilient, meticolous and organized
• Profound finance and accounting knowledge
• Ability to adapt processes within the own scope of action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills English (business language) and German
