To cover PTC fast growth and business needs, we are currently looking for a:

European Recruitment Specialist (m/f)

  • Based in, Ile de France

Your responsibilities

Whilst reporting to the European Recruitment Manager, you are in charge of the recruitment of sales, engineers, and management profiles for different business units of the company. You are covering around 10 European countries (1300 employees) and particularly the German market. In a fast moving IT environment, you are fully responsible for the whole recruitment cycle:

  • Establishing and maintaining network of contacts across Europe
  • Co-coordinating all recruitment sourcing including advertising, employee referrals and personal networking
  • Briefing with the hiring managers
  • Choice and application of relevant recruitment strategies (ads, sourcing, networking tools, databases...)
  • Pre-selection of candidates
  • Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner
  • Interview
  • Follow up during the integration phase

Your profile

  • Fluent in French, English and German
  • 0,6 to 1 year recruitment experience in a recruitment agency or in a multinational company
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to interact with people from different cultures
  • Team player
  • Sense of humour
