Customer Support Manager – Local Custody (m/f), Frankfurt

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a main client-contact for all Corporate Actions-, Income- and Proxy Voting events

• Provide all necessary CA-, Income- and Proxy Voting related information upon client’s request

• Assist clients in getting general and further CA-, Income- and Proxy Voting related market information and detailed backgrounds if requested

• Work closely together with the CA-, Proxy- and Income-Event Processing Group and assist the Processing Teams with event related information, received from clients

• Double-check of Corporate Event notifications in order to ensure that clients are comprehensively informed

• Support other team-members in case of workload

• Accept and follow up client inquiries and their fulfillment in a timely and satisfactory manner (including reconciliation of old issues)

• Ensure that transactions/investigations comply with internal/external policies and regulations

Your Profile

• University degree or “kaufmännische Ausbildung”

• Deep Custody knowledge

• Client focused and team oriented

• Analytically approach in the way of working

• Deep MS Office knowledge

• Proactive and autonomous way of working

• Fluent communication skills in German and English
