For our After Sales & Customer Service Team in Pforzheim (near Stuttgart) we are looking for
Customer Service Assistant (m/w/d) – multilingual
POSITION
- Interface between customers and TAG Heuer workshop to handle the correspondence and telephone contact with end customers and jewellers to their complete satisfaction
o Professional processing of customer requests and orders (by telephone and e-mail)
o Follow-up and implementation of complaint management
o Communication and cooperation with repair centres and boutiques
- Responsible for receipting of all customer repairs onto in-house database and all related administrative tasks
o Effective use of in-house database and systems for administrative processing and documentation
o Preparation and dispatch of cost estimates and credit notes
o Invoicing to customers, acceptance and processing of repairs and warranty services
o Work with logistics department shipping and tracking spare parts and repairs
PROFILE
- Commercial education or similar
- Professional experience in a similar administration / customer service role
- Multilingual written and verbal communication skills: French / English / German
- Knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems (e.g. Microsoft Office programs)
- A strong sense of service and absolute customer-orientation
- Able to handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner
- Be able to work under pressure and high volume with a good degree of accuracy
- Able to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with deadlines
