Replacing the current Managing Director, who will accompany the company to other geographies by 2025, you will drive the current team to reach the next level of growth for this location. Your fluent language skills in German and English, your strong technical understanding and your presence in the local ecosystem will allow you to strengthen and expand the company's reputation and influence.

• Your background: You have a university degree in technical, commercial or human resources and 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Sales, HR or Business Development with proven success in leading and scaling a team in B2B of an international mid-sized company or start-up.
• Your language skills: You communicate fluently in German and English.
• Leadership skills: You have HR experience with a human vision.
• Business development: You have a proven track record in strategic, operational and structural business development.
