Missions

• Coordination of Client Development related IG-/ Audit tasks, e.g. monitoring of Control plans, Client Selectivity exercise
• Maintenance and quality assurance of guidelines and procedures for Client Development
• Manage new organizational and process requirements with impact on Client Development
• Support of Location Head & Client Development heads in the context of strategic topics
• Ensure Compliance, Financial Security/KYC, Risk and Conduct policies

Profile

• University degree in economics or equivalent education
• Several years of experience in banking, asset management or consulting industry
• Relevant experience in working on transversal subjects and in a project-like mode
• Ability to collaborate and willingness to work in a team, inclusive mindset
• Very good organizational skills, strongly leveraging on the MS office
• Results driven with change agent attitude
• Strong oral & written communication skills in German & English
