Chief Financial Officer (m/f) Germany

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a member of the managing board and will be reporting to the CFO Division. The CFO Germany should be highly skilled finance professional with profound functional expertise in all areas of his responsibility (controlling, accounting, taxes, treasury) and with the ability to think and analyze strategically and to cooperate with the holding in France.

Responsibilities

• Providing analyses of performance, budget, financial trends and forecasts
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization
• Manage the process of tax liabilities and exposure of the company
• Ensure internal audits, the compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
• Good knowledge of management systems (ERP) and BI tools
• Internal and external accounting and reporting systems
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budget and consolidation and reporting to the parent company
• Cooperation with the parent company on a regular basis
• Establish a strong relationship with senior executives to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions
• Management of a small team of accountants and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance to the company's policies and processes

Qualification

• Graduate degree in economics with a major in finance/auditing
• Solid professional experience in controlling and auditing
• Cooperative and motivating management style
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Initiative and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Hyperion
• Availability to travel
