Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Supporting senior DCM marketers in originating, structuring and executing public bonds and other debt instruments in the DACH-region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) for our corporate clients
  • Help training more junior colleagues on the desk
  • Execution of DCM transactions in collaboration with the deal team captain
  • Preparation of pitchbooks and other client materials, frequent pricing updates for clients
  • Ensuring compliance with and monitoring the correct application of the directives and compliance instructions

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree or M.Sc. in Business, Finance orequivalent
  • Relevant professional experience (>3 yrs) in eitherDebt Capital Markets, Syndicate, loan financing or fixed income derivatives preferable
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with multiple internal departments
  • Client focused and strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage time, to plan, structure, prioritiseand coordinate activities and resources effectively to reach objectives
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in German and English
