Aufgaben

• Propose and design software solutions by preparing, studyingand prioritizing the requirements, investigate on systems and data flows,processes and analyse the problem areas by following the software developmentlifecycle
• Providesupport to software engineers to deliver the software solutions that fulfillthe functional requirements and as well the non-functional requirements
• Supportthe testing teams during UAT phases and give acceptance to the newfunctionalities
• Monitoryour applications, provide business and technical support in case of incidentor customer request, propose a yearly maintenance plan
• Manageexternal providers on developments, incidents management, contractual topics
• Workindependently on the tasks allocated

Profil

• University degree in computer science, mathematics, economy, engineering or similar
• Several years (5+) of application design and management experience, ideally in the customer legitimation domain
• Good knowledge of fraud habits and of the banking industry
• Experience in provider management and outsourcing
• Practical experience in the Agile methodology, also project management skills
• Flexibility, good analysis and communication skills
• Quality orientated
