The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.

Missions

  • HR projects: Participation in strategic HR projects
  • Communication and reporting: Support in the preparation of presentations and HR reports for global programs and projects in the fields of talent management, leadership development and competence management
  • HR processes: Collaboration in the further development of HR processes
  • Employee development: support in the planning and implementation of development initiatives
  • Communication: Exchange with HR colleagues worldwide

Profile

  • Studies: Matriculated in a Master's program in a business or legal field, ideally with a focus on human resources management
  • First professional experience: Ideally first experience in HR, e.g. through internships or working student assignments
  • Analytical skills: Ability to understand complex data and process it in a structured manner; confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; ability to communicate confidently and professionally with various stakeholders
  • Self-initiative and ability to work in a team: Independent and proactive way of working with a high degree of reliability; enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
  • Discretion and integrity: Careful handling of sensitive information and high integrity in the handling of personal data
