Missions

Contribute to Yogurt stirred growth in Europe by supporting development and industrialization of innovations, renovations, and productivity projects, applying Danone innovation processes and tools in close relationship with the plant and cross functional team.

• Run product implementation of innovations / superiority / productivity projects: prepare and run industrial tests, coordinate samples shipment to the team and consumer test locations, follow the products until end of shelflife through analytical measurements, sensory evaluations, and data crunching, share IT report and results with the project team, consolidate data to prepare the product specification through a consumer-centric approach, organize the launch follow-up from first production.
  
• Build expertise on dairy technologies and processes.
• Being the R&I representative in European project enriching and following risk analysis during industrial scale-up.
• Ensure proper documentation for the industrial test, specification, and launch.
• Build a good relationship / network within the ecosystem (team, projects, plant).

Profile

• Successfully completed studies and initial practical experience in food technologies.
• Basic technical knowledge, ideally in dairy/yogurt industry.
• Good knowledge about MS office applications, ideally statistical tools (Minitab).
• High level of autonomy, as well as flexibility and agility.
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
